1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product.
✅ Change of Mind (Unopened & Unused Items Only): Returns must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

- Custom-made or personalized products
2. Return Timeframe
🔹 Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
🔹 Change of Mind: Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
After this period, we may not be able to process your return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Store Credit: If preferred, we may offer store credit for future purchases.

- Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
