1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
✅ Faulty or Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged.
✅ Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product.
✅ Change of Mind (Unopened & Unused Items Only): Returns must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personal care & beauty products (if opened or used)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or personalized products

2. Return Timeframe

🔹 Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
🔹 Change of Mind: Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

After this period, we may not be able to process your return.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Store Credit: If preferred, we may offer store credit for future purchases.

🚨 Important Notes:

  • Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition.
